Welcome to MafiaManiac, a site is dedicated to the growth and expansion of the online forum game of Mafia.

Mafia is that party game you may have played, where there is a mafia (informed minority) trying to overtake an entire village and the villagers (uninformed Majority) are trying to stop them. We play these mafia games over several days in our forum and we have people from all over the world playing them. These mafia games can be themed from movies, real life situations and almost anything you can think of! Mafia involves a lot of creative strategy, making you think on your toes. You'll be forced trust your gut, check your logic, and deceive or be deceived. If you think you can handle playing, here are a few links you should definitely check out.

I will provide Slick 4 ingredients each day that I'm online and Slick will then deposit a meal that he would create using them. He is most certainly allowed to use additional products that he deems necessary. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/yes.gif

Slick, your ingredients today are:

Poussin Chicken
Water Chestnuts
Chantrelle Mushrooms
Peach Fruit Drink

K, before we begin this show-off talent, I will not be cooking new-borns of any animal. I want them to graze and/or experience life before I cook them. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/yes.gif A leg of lamb must be a year old. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/tongue.gif

EDIT: Also, keep in mind that I hate veggies, esp, mushrooms.

I will however, concoct you stuff after a night sleep as I been sucking up the Beck's. Sapphire http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/cheers.gif

So Slick is basically telling me that mushrooms would be a baddie.
If I ever do a mafia game based on this, I guess I know one of the roles already. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/phew.gif

http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/hmm.gif you have a strong point but, I could care less on how to prepare fungi. Simply not in my culinary menu, but must saute' them for people that really dig them and I can do that with a stir-fry in a wok as well. See when you used to live in Al Capone's residence, as I have done in 1997, you become acquainted with a different style of eating habits, especially Sri Racha food that I thought was the bomb. Go and love it. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/XD.gif

Slick, your ingredients today are:

Poussin Chicken
Water Chestnuts
Chantrelle Mushrooms
Peach Fruit Drink

GO! http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/XD.gif
K , here is what I would do:

Pour all the peach drink into a dutch oven/pot. Add 1/2 cup of sugar and reduce it until it becomes a glaze. Set aside. In a frying pan add a quarter stick of butter and onions diced, garlic minced, and mushrooms chopped into bite-size pieces. Saute' until onions are caramelized. In a bamboo steamer that is hot, add the water chestnuts and salt and white pepper to taste.
Once the peach glaze is cool swirl it carefully and sparingly into some Greek yogurt along with diced pears and use for dessert.
Butterfly the chicken so you are able to stuff it with your veggie mixture and add spinach too if you want. Fill your chicken and use tooth picks to hold in the veggies. Coat chicken with a robust dark olive oil and your favorite herbs. Place on a greased cookie sheet and cover each piece with a slice of bacon
and then aluminum foil over the sheet and bake for an hour on 400F and check on it twice during cooking adding the grease on top or basting it.
Bring it out to the table on a nice looking platter and serve with mashed potatoes and store bought chicken gravy. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/wink.gif

Chicken Cutlets
Leeks
Red Table Wine
Microwaveable Popcorn

Let's see what Slick can do. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/popcorn.gif
This is easy.

I'll begin with the chicken again. First cut off any fat or skin and dry chicken completely. Next, coat each piece with olive oil and place them on the grill. Cook each side until golden and temperature reads 165F in the center of each piece. Set chicken aside on a covered plate.
Cut up your 1/2 lb. leeks and rinse thoroughly, allow to dry on a paper towel for a bit. You need 1/2 inch pieces. Boil 5 red potatoes and after cooled, cut them in quarters.
In a food processor add the potatoes and leeks with1/2 stick of butter & 2 cups of chicken stock/broth. Puree for 3-4 mins. If any lumps then puree longer. Strain soup into a large pot and let it simmer over med. heat for a half an hour.
Use chicken drippings, pearl onions, red wine, 4tbs. butter and sugar to make a glaze in a frying pan. Top the chicken by ladling glaze generously over the chicken.
Steam some asparagus and serve with hollandaise sauce over the top.
Pop your popcorn and let cool. Pour it in a big bowl. Put 2 1/2 cups of sugar in a medium pot and add 1 cup of corn syrup &1 cup of water. Heat on medium high watching and stirring constantly until you have it starting to boil. Pour it over your popcorn and mix it up well. There you have it.
Wine glazed chicken cutlets, potato and leek soup, asparagus with hollandaise and for dessert. Fresh caramel corn. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/tongue.gif

Alright, I'll take a crack at it.

January 25.5's random ingredients are...green bell peppers, Brussels sprouts, black eyed peas, mussels, oysters.

...This one...doesn't seem too difficult.

Killing in style since 2012.
